Ways of working
Flextime
VOJ has implemented flextime in order to provide an appropriate work-life balance. Employees can adjust working hours monthly so that they can control their way of working themselves, prioritize tasks independently, and organize a working style for their best performance.
Core time for back office is from 11:00 – 15:00.
Work from home
At VOJ, you can work from home if you choose to do so. By eliminating commuting hours, you may realize a better work-life balance. During working hours, employees are required to be reachable by mail, phone, or available for online meetings.
Day off
VOJ believes in employees taking paid leave. Part of our culture is recognizing the importance of “recharging”, so we encourage our employees to take 5 consecutive days of paid leave, twice a year.
